This is an area that I dove head first into when I was a new mom. Read all the books. If you don’t have an answer, then read the book. Download it at 2 AM during a feeding. Desperate for sleep. May or may not have been me. So here are a few that gave me great wisdom. (Note: these are Christian and general resources I loved. Yes, at 2 AM.)
The Baby Sleep Solution – Here is my caveat to this book. My first child ate every 2 hours. Yes, really. So the idea of getting him to go 4 hours in-between feedings seemed impossible. I liked this book because it was a good guide. Thats what we have to do mommas, keep what works for us and let go of the rest! No mom-guilt here, okay?
